Martha, President and Owner:

Martha as been working at the family-owned Pioneer Valley Travel for over 40 years. Martha plans specialty trips for golfers, barge trips, African-Safaris and Nile Cruises. Her most recent expedition was to New Zealand and Australia where she challenged the golf courses and tried fly-fishing along with scuba diving at the Great Barrier Reef. Martha bravely conquered the Sydney Bridge Climb as well! Most recently, Martha has played golf on the Dingle Peninsula in Ireland and the White Witch course at Rose Hall, Jamaica. Martha has experienced the Club Med in the Turks and Caicos and can tell you about several Sandals Resorts such as the NEW Whitehouse in Jamaica and the wonderful Royal Caribbean in Jamaica as well as Couples and Swept Away in Negril---wonderful all inclusives for couples only. Other warm weather trips Martha has inspected are the Dominican Republic in the Punta Cana area filled with all inclusives and beautiful wide beaches, the El Conquistador in Puerto Rico, The Atlantis and the Cove in Nassau, Almond Beach Resort in Barbados and of course the beautiful island of Bermuda which is so close!. Trips to Italy independently and on an escorted tour give Martha the professionalism to determine the right type of trip for her clients with a side trip to Malta. Recently, Martha and her husband escorted a group of 24 to Hong and China with a Yangtze River Cruise and a brief stopover in Japan. The most recent trip is an Eastern European Odyssey visiting Krakow, Poland and then flying to Prague in the Czech Republic before beginning a 7 night Danube River cruise ending in magical Budapest Hungary and visiting the thermal springs to revive those tired muscles with a group. Coming up in 2009 is an Alaska cruisetour that Martha will be leading on the Princess Cruise Lines with 4 nights in Alaska before the cruise begins. Martha has just been awarded the Springfield Technical Community College Western Massachusetts Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame Achievement Award for Hampshire County. Tarina, Travel Consultant:

Tarina joined the Pioneer Valley team in December of 1984. Tarina has traveled to many European destinations and the Caribbean Islands. She enjoys cruising and traveling throughout the United States too! She loves to plan vacations to just about anywhere and especially for families. Chris, Travel Consultant:

Chris has been with Pioneer Valley Travel since August of 1984. Chris has traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean and Europe. Chris has also traveled to Africa and specializes in planning trips for singles and families. Chris also has many certificates of achievement for different destinations including Disney and NCL. Chantel, Group Travel Consultant:

Chantel joined the Pioneer Valley family in 1998. Chantel specializes in group bookings. She can organize trips for 2 to 200 people. Chantel also specializes in cruises and destinations throughout the United States and Europe. Chantel is a well-established Travel Consultant in this area. Michelle Travel Consultant:

Linda, Travel Consultant:

Linda joined Pioneer Valley Travel in 1988. She is now back part time. Along with being a Leisure Agent as well as Corporate, she enjoys planning vacations to warm destinations. Susan, Travel Consultant:

Joining Pioneer Valley Travel in August of 2002, Susan brought with her 13 years of travel experience, three of which was as an owner of her own agency in CT. Susan holds certificates as a specialist for such destinations as Disney, Universal Studios, Aruba, Sandals, Beaches, Celebrity Cruise Line and Carnival Cruise Line. Susan has traveled extensively throughout Europe and the United States. Some of her favorite places include Ireland, Paris, Las Vegas, Aruba, Virgin Gorda, Salzburg and Hawaii.
